Responsibilities

  • Operate and refine our proprietary trading system to achieve consistent, scalable returns

  • Apply disciplined risk-management practices: tune parameters, monitor anomalies, and enforce controls

  • Monitor real-time market data, adapt strategies dynamically, and collaborate with technology teams

  • Create and submit trading reports and post-trade analyses

  • Identify limitations, conceptualize enhancements, and develop next-generation trading strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM (e.g., mathematics, engineering, computer science); fresh graduates invited to apply

  • Strong analytical thinking, comfortable with uncertainty, and a systematic approach

  • Familiarity with programming or scripting tools (Python, C++, or similar)

  • Excellent communication skills, fast learner, and strong self-management

  • Bonus: background in competitive strategy domains such as gaming, poker, or chess

Minimum full-time salary of $108,000-$120,000 plus performance bonus. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full-time employees at Noise Trading are also eligible for other compensation elements, including equity and benefits, dependent on the position type.
